The firm was established in February 2003 and soon became one of the internet's most prominent Conveyancing firms with a reputation for speed, efficiency and a low cost service.

Despite what the name "Conveyancing Warehouse" may suggest we are actually a relatively small firm of solicitors with only two partners and support staff. The partners in the firm are Wayne Roberts and Catharine Crossley who are both solicitors. You can check a solicitor's disciplinary record at the Solicitors Regulation Authority. If you were to search against the names of our two partners you would find that they have clear records.

As we are a firm of solicitors we carry two million pounds worth of indemnity insurance. In the unlikely event that a mistake was made our clients would therefore be fully protected. We also hold all of our client's funds in a separate, designated Clients' Account with HSBC in the UK and comply fully with the Solicitors Code of Conduct account rules.

 

Although we specialise in online conveyancing we operate from a high street office in Macclesfield, Cheshire where (although you will never need to visit our office) our clients can come and talk to us, should they wish to. When you instruct us you receive the name and direct dial number of the person that will be dealing with your file who you can speak to throughout the course of your transaction. You can therefore rest assured that we are not a conveyancing sweat shop, based in a large call centre where you never get to talk to the same person twice!
